Late Christmas Gift

Little Baby Source
In trying to match the observed gamma counts and simulated gamma counts we came to the realization that for very small distances the correct modeling of the source (the source is made by solution casting onto a disc) and distance from the source matter a great deal.  Over break we got our new source, so now most of those problems should be taken care of! It's a great deal bigger than I thought it would be, but most of it seems to be lead.  There is going to be a drawback though.  Photons will scatter off of the metal shielding, so now the energy distribution through the detector will be more spread out.
