Watt Fission Spectra Constants

MCNP5 and MCNPX are both neutron transport codes developed at LANL. So, you think that they would have some sort of agreement between the two codes for the constants of the Watt Fission spectra for Cf-252.

The normalization of the spectra (essentially determining the source strength) is left up to the user, but come on, these don't even have the same shape! The solution, don't use the SP card and instead use the SF cards.
