XSDRN with a GA

The XSDRN version of my GA seems to run much faster than the MCNPX model, but the convergence is a little bit funky.  Overall I think this become one of the classic time sinks, in which I could have (for the two weeks I spent on it so far) just submitted the job and walked away.  Classic.
