Chair Search

I broke my swivel chair earlier in the week, and had high hopes about finding a throne like wooden chair for my desk (like the one on the left).  Do any sort of work would be more impressive and fun if you were sitting on a throne.

I called every Goodwill (there are 6 of them) and used furniture within 15 miles of Knoxville (11 total), and then went to the ones that said that had a wooden throne like chair.

If I ever do this again I will be more descriptive.  They all showed me stuffed chairs, and the only wooden chairs that they had were kitchen chairs which came in sets.  It was a failed adventure; I had such high hopes.  I ended up getting a simple metal chair for $5.

I could have experienced greatness.
